We’d like to invite you to our international Sommertreffen, which will be attended by guests from Germany and across Europe. The event will take place from 10 July to 12 July 2026, once again in 36115 Hilders / Rhön (Germany).

Anyone wishing to stay overnight or attend the Saturday dinner must register by 1 July 2026 at the latest. To help us plan properly, it would be helpful if all other guests could also let us know briefly.
Day visitors who are only coming on Saturday don’t need to register.

Accommodation prices per person in a bed (shared room) – registrations will be processed in order of receipt:
• Friday to Sunday – €110 (incl. 2x breakfast + 10 € food truck voucher, 10 € voucher for food/drink in the party tent, 1 souvenir gift)
• Saturday to Sunday – €75 (incl. 1 breakfast + 10 € food truck voucher, 10 € voucher for food/drinks in the party tent, 1 souvenir gift)
• Friday to Saturday – €55 (incl. 1 breakfast + 1 souvenir gift)

• Friday to Sunday - €70 (incl. 2x breakfast + 10 € food truck voucher, 10 € voucher for food/drinks in the party tent, 1 souvenir gift)
• Saturday to Sunday – €50 (includes 1 breakfast + 10 € food truck voucher, 10 € voucher for food/drinks in the party tent, 1 souvenir)
• Friday to Saturday – €30 (includes 1 breakfast + 1 souvenir)

From this year onwards, guests staying overnight elsewhere must register. Package price: €25 (10 € food truck voucher, 10 € voucher for food/drinks in the party tent, 1 souvenir gift)
